About
Asya

Asya helps food, hospitality, and consumer product businesses operate with more clarity, structure, and confidence.

With a background that spans classical music, hospitality operations, specialty food production, compliance, project management, business systems, and formal business training, Asya brings both precision and practicality to her work. She has a talent for seeing where operations are breaking down, identifying what needs to change, and building systems that help teams work more efficiently.

Her career began as a classical violist, where she developed the discipline, organization, and attention to detail that continue to shape her approach today. After graduating from Oberlin, she turned her focus to food and hospitality, spending years managing businesses, supporting teams, improving processes, and designing strategies to increase efficiency and revenue. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Boston University, further strengthening her strategic, financial, and operational perspective.

Before founding IPM, Asya managed projects and operations for specialty food brand Rick’s Picks. There, she oversaw complex work across product launches, regulatory compliance, certifications, vendor relationships, and major customer requirements. Her experience included launching an organic private label product line, directing organic and Non-GMO certification processes, and managing compliance with the FDA, USDA, suppliers, and clients including Amazon, Whole Foods Market, Shake Shack, and Walmart.

Asya’s strength lies in her ability to bring order to complexity. She understands the many moving parts that make a business successful — from people and process to compliance, communication, and results. Her clients rely on her to identify operational gaps, create practical solutions, and build the structure they need to grow.

Asya has supported a range of food, hospitality, nonprofit, and consumer product businesses, including Khuba International, Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods, Dosa Kitchen, Broken Taco, and NuLegacy.

Compliance requirements are critical to operating and growing a business, but they can be burdensome, time-sensitive, and difficult to navigate.

I help clients manage compliance-related projects by clarifying requirements, organizing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring key steps are completed accurately and on time. My work supports businesses and organizations through formation, growth, hiring, grant administration, vendor requirements, and regulatory obligations.
